Entrata Lead Sync Setup

This guide explains how to connect Entrata leads to RentBamboo so your AI can capture and respond to renter inquiries.

Entrata typically routes leads through LeadManager / guest card email notifications, so RentBamboo must be added to your lead routing.

Step 1 — Add RentBamboo to Lead Routing

1. Log in to Entrata.

2. Go to Setup → LeadManager → Lead Routing (or Prospect / Guest Card settings depending on your setup).

3. Find the section for email notifications or lead routing.

4. Add the following email as a recipient:

RentBamboo Email:

your RentBamboo email

This ensures RentBamboo receives new guest cards and prospect inquiries.

Step 2 — Assign Properties

Make sure RentBamboo receives leads from all properties you want automated.

You can do this by:

• Adding the RentBamboo email to portfolio-level lead routing, or

• Adding it to each property's lead notification settings

Step 3 — Disable Automated Lead Replies

To prevent duplicate responses:

• Turn off automated prospect reply templates inside Entrata.

RentBamboo will handle lead follow-up automatically.

Step 4 — Syncing Costar and Zillow
