Your leasing team contact info
To connect RentBamboo to Buildium, you’ll need an API key.
How to get it:
Contact your Buildium account representative OR
Email [email protected] and we’ll forward instructions for direct API key setup.
⚠ Note: Buildium requires that the API key be issued by their support team—they do not allow self-service API generation.
Once you have the API key:
Email the RentBamboo team that’d you’d like Buildium integration access granted.
Check that all properties, units, and pricing appear correctly.
Notify your onboarding specialist if anything is missing.
Once the connection is confirmed, RentBamboo can start handling leads automatically.
