If you’re using Zillow pay per lease or other syndications/feeds RentBamboo may not be able to capture all lead data right now. To enable this, we’ll need to alert Zillow and apartments.com to enable the sync.
This is mostly commons with the following PMS:
-Resman -Yardi systems -Rent Manager
You can follow the scripts below to help:
Log in to Zillow Rental Manager or your partner MLS/integration sending listings to Zillow.
For each property you want RentBamboo to automate:
Open the listing’s Contact / Lead Settings
Set Contact Email to your RentBamboo email
Set Contact Phone Number to your RentBamboo phone number
Ensure email and SMS lead notifications are enabled
Turn off all automated or templated replies to prospects
Save the listing settings
✅ This ensures that:
Email inquiries go to the RentBamboo inbox
Calls and texts route to the RentBamboo phone
Submit a test inquiry on a listing
Confirm it appears in your RentBamboo inbox
Confirm calls/texts are routed to the RentBamboo phone
To change your apartments.com contact email you’ll need to contact support.

You can CC your RentBamboo account rep if needed.

We need to add a lead notification email to the following properties. We currently receive leads via our [PMS] integration. We'd like to also receive lead notification emails from apartments.com to the addresses below for each property, without changing or removing the existing [PMS] setup.
Please add the following emails to each property:

This should not replace or interrupt the current [PMS] integration, we only need email notifications added.

If your team has to manually create lead cards from Apartment list leads, please update the contact email in your partner portal to RentBamboo. If Apartment list leads are automatically created within your PMS, you’ll need to update the contact information directly within your PMS.
