Importing Old Leads

Step 1 — Start the Import

1. Click the blue + button in the top-right corner of RentBamboo.

2. Select “Import Leads.”

Step 2 — Choose the Team

1. Ensure the correct team is selected.

2. All imported leads will be added to this team.

Step 3 — Map Lead Stages

1. If your import file includes stages, RentBamboo can automatically match them to your existing pipeline stages.

2. Verify that stages align correctly before completing the import.

✅ Tip: Double-check your CSV for correct formatting (names, emails, phone numbers, and stage info) to avoid errors.
