Testing Your AI

There are two ways to test your AI before going live.

Option 1: RentBamboo Testing (Recommended)

Email [email protected] or reach out to your RentBamboo representative and request a test report for your account.

Our team will run over 100 simulated email and SMS conversations to evaluate your AI's performance across a wide range of leasing scenarios. We'll review the results and make any necessary training adjustments to ensure the AI is performing as expected before launch.

Option 2: Self Test

Step 1 — Verify AI is Active

1. Go to Settings → Phone.

2. Locate your RentBamboo phone number.

3. Ensure the AI toggle is turned on.

   • ⚠ Only do this if lead creation is off— check the Email page to see lead handling status.

Step 2 — Send a Test Message

1. Send a text to your RentBamboo number.

2. Observe the AI’s response.

3. Check that the reply is accurate and in the correct tone.

Step 3 — Adjust AI Training (If Needed)

• If responses aren’t ideal, we can tweak the AI training to better match your leasing style.

• Provide examples of preferred responses, FAQs, or tone adjustments.
