Step 3: Enter In-depth Training

You can paste common questions prospects ask, property FAQ’s, documents and more in the in-depth training box.

In the training files you can also input these files or templates that the AI should follow when prospects reach out.

Step 4: Tailor Your Follow Ups

You can control how frequently the AI follows up and when the system should automatically move prospects to lost. We have preset settings for this, but teams usually tailor it based on their operations.
