Dealing with Property Errors

My Properties aren’t syncing accurately

Single Family Portfolio:

Select the “Sync Portfolio” button

If Multifamily:

Select “Sync Property data from source”

Missing member assigned error

If there’s a missing showing agent tied to a property, RentBamboo will display this error message.

Click on the Property

If it’s a single family property → Settings → Assign a member to the property

If it’s a multifamily property → Units → Select All

From here, you’ll select the Team member dropdown and select the user.
