RealPage OneSite Lead Sync Setup

This guide explains how to connect RealPage OneSite leads to RentBamboo so your AI can capture and respond to renter inquiries.

Because OneSite permissions vary by company, you may need your system administrator to complete this setup.

Step 1 — Add RentBamboo as a User

1. Log in to RealPage OneSite.

2. Ask your system administrator to create a new user for RentBamboo.

Enter the following details:

• Name: RentBamboo AI

• Email: Your RentBamboo email

• Phone: Optional — add the RentBamboo phone number if available

Then:

• Assign a leasing or marketing role

• Give the user access to the properties you want RentBamboo to manage

• Enable prospect / guest card email notifications

• Turn off any automated prospect response templates

This ensures RentBamboo receives new renter inquiries.

Step 2 — Confirm the Invitation Email

If OneSite sends a confirmation email:

1. Log in to RentBamboo

2. Go to Inbox

3. Open the invitation email

4. Click Accept / Activate Account
